Mates for Mutiny

A refreshing take on a shandy. Great anytime, but if you are sitting poolside in a warm Summer breeze, well we highly recommend.

  • 2 oz Hook Hand Rum
  • .75 oz IPA syrup
  • .75 oz Lemon juice
  • .5 oz Aperol
  • Topped with Lindeman’s strawberry lambic beer

  • 6 ounces cream of coconut (preferably Coco Lopez brand)
  • 6 ounces pineapple juice
  • 4 cups ice
  • 4 ounces golden or añejo rum (we recommend Havana Club Anejo Clasico)
